Well here is the first trailer for Call of Duty World at War and i do have to say that Treyarch are sticking to there word when they say that it will be the most brutal of the Call of Duty, but don’t take my word for it check out the trailer and tell me what you think.
As you can see over the last few weeks there have been new stuff posted on here and i promise that it’s going to continue at an even bigger pace over the next few months.
Now that i have somebody else posting up features etc it’s helping me to get vagusnet back and i just want to say a big thanks to him.
So what can you expect over the next few months well i have a few ideas for some really good features plus I’m also looking into ways of doing things a little different including reviewing games like no other site has done plus a different way of doing news as well.
So if you have any thoughts or ideas on what else we can do or even just have a comment about the site post it below and i will try and answer as much as i can
Trying to think up different Top 10’s that other gaming sites have not done can be hard however during a conversation with a friend today i think i struck gaming gold and came up with the top 10 weird Achievements however just to make things a bit different we have spilt them up into two parts the top 5 weird achievements A-M and the same with the letters N-Z.
So without further ado here is the top 5 weird achievements A-M.

In this piece I want to talk about how much I think that the gore and violence has risen since last gen consoles and how the developers and pushing the boundaries.
As you all should know there wasn’t much violence or horror back in the day of the Sony Playstation the closest I got to a proper horror that made you jump was Resident Evil and Silent Hill but looking back compared to Condemned (what I’m playing at the moment) which is very scary compared to Resident Evil but that could be me.
I know there are now loads of survival horrors but when I had my Sony Playstation and I had Resident Evil Two I was only 7-8 years old and remember being scared by it but if you go back and play it now it doesn’t seem that scary but if I was to play Condemned when I was 7-8 my god I would probably run away crying.
Another thing is how much the violence and gore have gone up drastically and how they have got away with it, I’m not saying that’s a bad thing but I’m sure if they keep making Survival Horrors there will always be gamers who will buy them for the rush. In my eyes I am not a big fan of survival horrors but I will play through them for the rush.
Back when people didn’t care which format you bought a game for our lives were made simple as when there was a multi-format game it just didn’t matter which one you picked as they will all be the same.
Now though Microsoft in all of there mighty glory changed the rule book by adding something stupid into the mix in the form of achievements but little did we know that they would take off so much that it affected not only which version of the game you bought but how you play they game itself.
I myself at first was not bothered about these little points all i cared about was whether the game was any good and if i would enjoy it but now i do have to admit that the achievement monster has taken a hold of me and i have played some really bad games just for a few points so i can brag to some of my friends that i have a better gamer score than them.
Now there was one word that is really important in the last paragraph that really sums up how people are affected by achievements and that is to brag.
In the long run all they are is just points however these points have started to corrupt people and even changed the way they play and act when it comes to video-games.
A big example of this is i have a friend on my Xbox friends list (I’m not saying who he is) that i have seen changed over the last few months because he has become a little bit more competitive with his gamerscore and i have to say that i think that I’m starting to turn out like him because I’m now starting to challenge myself to get to a certain score in a set amount of time but the good thing is that i realize that I’m doing that and as soon as i reach this score i think i might just slow down a little when it comes to those dam points.
Just to end things off if little things like gamerscore can affect the way we play video-games now what has Microsoft got in store for us when they release there next console and will that again change the way we play video-games.
